You’ll travel 75%+ per year, partner with the COO, and drive standardization across branches using NetSuite or ServiceTitan, turning paper processes into scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership in the Commercial Door, Dock, or Access Control industry.
• Deep working knowledge of commercial entry solutions (doors, dock equipment, high-speed doors).
• Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time on a regional basis.
• Comfort with ERP/FSM systems (NetSuite, ServiceTitan, or similar) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to newly acquired branches and help professionalize dispatch, service flow, inventory, and more.
• Coach Branch Managers and Service Managers on running strong P&Ls and profitable operations.
• Find and fix order-to-cash issues and lock in improvements.
• Integrate acquisitions, blending cultures, systems, and processes across sites.
• Champion a true Safety First culture across field operations and ensure OSHA standards are met.
• Act as the field-level early-warning system for executive leadership.
• Standardize training and onboarding for rapid, consistent ramp-up.
