Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast. This remote role requires up to 75% travel and residence within Northeast states. You will oversee patient experience, operational efficiency, and the success of multiple oral surgery practices in a designated region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental practice operations, including multi-site or regional leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing multiple practices.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L management.
• Thorough understanding of compliance standards and healthcare regulations (state, federal, and industry-specific).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software systems.

Responsibilities
