Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast to lead multi-site dental practices with a focus on patient experience, operational efficiency, and growth. Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental practice operations experience across multiple locations.
• Proven track record in leading and growing multi-site practices.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to practice administrators and staff to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; take proactive improvement measures.
• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple practices in the region.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure consistency and efficiency across practices.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and profitability while maintaining patient care quality.
• Coach and develop regional staff to foster excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive team growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on regional growth strategies.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract patients and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and training needs for compliance.
