Job summary

Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast. Remote with up to 75% travel to oversee multiple oral surgery practices, drive patient experience, growth, and profitability across the region.

You will guide practice administrators, monitor KPIs and finances, and lead strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance and high-quality patient care. Strong leadership and healthcare operations experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental practice operations experience, including multi-site/regional leadership.
• Proven track record of leading and managing multiple practices.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams.
• Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations (state, federal, industry).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• Based in the Northeast and willing to travel 50–75% within the region.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to practice administrators to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; take proactive improvement actions.
• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple practices in the region.
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and optimization.
• Coach and develop leaders to foster excellence and growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with executives on strategic growth plans for the region.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract patients and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and implement needed changes.
• Recruit, hire, and develop leadership and clinical talent.
• Perform other related duties as required.
