Job summary

Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast. This remote role covers New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia with up to 75% travel to practice locations.

You will lead multi-site operations, focusing on patient experience, operational efficiency, and growth across oral surgery practices. You will coach practice administrators, monitor KPIs and financials, implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership on regional

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental practice operations, multi-site or regional.
• Proven track record of leading multiple practices.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Experience with KPI tracking and data analytics.
• Bachelor's or higher in business/healthcare admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day regional operations across multiple practices.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and revenue growth opportunities.
• Lead practice administrators and staff, providing coaching and development.
• Develop and implement policies for consistency and efficiency.
