Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental practice operations with multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record leading multiple practices.
• Strong budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L understanding.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office and practice-management software.
• Strategic thinker who handles daily ops and long-term initiatives.
• Experience scaling operations during growth/merger activity.
• KPI tracking and data-driven decision making.
• Northeast-based with ability to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to practice admins to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; address areas for improvement.
• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple practices in the region.
• Develop and implement operational policies and protocols for consistency.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction and profitability.
• Coach and develop practice admins and staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations to drive growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on regional growth plans.
• Create marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and train accordingly.
• Recruit, hire, and develop leadership and clinical staff.
• Performs other related duties as required.
