Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast, with remote work and up to 75% travel. You will oversee multiple oral surgery practices, focusing on patient experience, operational efficiency, and growth within the region.

You will monitor KPIs, drive profitability, coach administrators, and lead regional initiatives in policy, marketing, and compliance, ensuring high-quality patient care across practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental practice operations, including multi-site or regional leadership.
• Proven track record of leading multiple practices.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• KPI tracking and data analytics in decision-making.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the Northeast region.

Responsibilities
