Paradigm Oral Health seeks a Regional Operations Manager - Northeast to oversee multiple oral surgery practices across the Northeast, with remote work and up to 75% travel. You will drive patient experience, operational efficiency, growth, and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and leadership development across the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in dental practice operations, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental practice operations, including multi-site or regional leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing multiple practices.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Thorough understanding of compliance standards and healthcare regulations (state, federal, and industry-specific).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software systems.
• Based in the Northeast and able to travel up to 50-75% primarily within the designated region.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to practice administrators and staff to optimize workflow, patient satisfaction, and overall productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; take proactive measures to address improvements.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of multiple oral surgery practices within the region.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational optimization to maximize profitability.
