Staffmark Group in Memphis is seeking a Regional On-Site Manager for our Workforce Solutions team to oversee multiple customer sites within a defined territory and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or business or 5+ years in account management and KPI metrics, with 5+ years in staffing/on-site operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in account management and KPI metrics experience.
• 5+ years in staffing/on-site operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple account plans across recruitment, screening, onboarding and training.
• Track and report key performance indicators and metrics.
• Oversee on-site management, coaching and HR policy compliance.
• Manage daily account-specific and proactive strategies to optimize costs.
• Maintain professional business demeanor in all interactions.
• Lead on-site team and deliver role-specific results.
• Prepare routine business reviews.
