Job summary

Staffmark Group in Memphis is seeking a Regional On-Site Manager for our Workforce Solutions team to oversee multiple customer sites within a defined territory and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or business or 5+ years in account management and KPI metrics, with 5+ years in staffing/on-site operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills are essential to success.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Regional On-Site Manager for our Workforce Solutions team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to manage multiple customer sites within a defined territory.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

• Accountable for execution of multiple customer-specific Account Plans using approved work processes spanning recruitment plans, screening processes, selection criteria, onboarding and training disciplines, and professionally focused customer interaction
• Key customer Performance Indicators and metrics must be understood, tracked, recorded, and funneled consistently into meaningful internal data flow and reporting tools
• Overseeing onsite management in coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of talent workforce in accordance with all HR and statutory policies and procedures
• Manages daily execution of account specific and proactive strategies ensuring maximum return on operating expenses
• Expected to be personable and approachable, while maintaining business-like demeanor in all daily interactions
• Accountable for leadership and management of localized/dedicated onsite team who in turn must individually deliver business-like focus in their respective roles
• Development and participation in the preparation of routine business reviews

Competencies

Competencies we value for this role include A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, or a related field; or at least 5 years of equivalent experience, with 3 or more years of account management and KPI metrics experience and 5 or more years of previous work within a staffing company or in onsite operations experience managing multiple locations and large volume onsite operations. Ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, commitment to continuous improvement, enthusiastic demeanor, the ability to use influence to gain buy-in on recommendations. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
