Job summary

StaffRite USA in Memphis is seeking a Staffing Operations Manager for a full-time, hybrid role serving the Memphis Metropolitan Area. You will oversee day-to-day staffing operations, manage requisitions, coordinate sourcing and screening, and ensure timely placements across client accounts.

You will supervise recruiters and coordinators, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements to improve fill rates and retention while ensuring compliance with agency policies and employment

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing operations or workforce management, especially high-volume environments.
• Proven team leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and data/reporting tools.
• Strong client service, negotiation, and partnerships.
• Understanding of employment laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staffing operations across client accounts.
• Manage requisitions, candidate sourcing, screening, and timely placement.
• Supervise recruiters and coordinators; monitor performance metrics.
• Implement process improvements to raise fill rates and retention.
• Develop client relationships and align staffing strategies with SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and employment regulations; prepare operational reports and forecasts.
