Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce management or onsite staffing.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of SST on the ground and manage daily operations with the client.
• Lead onsite workforce operations to meet client expectations.
• Act as main client liaison and provide real-time solutions.
• Conduct onsite interviews to select top workforce.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to deliver staffing solutions.
• Oversee compliance, timekeeping, safety, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Resolve workplace issues and manage disciplinary actions.
• Identify process improvements to boost client satisfaction and efficiency.
