Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Region Online Sales Manager in San Ramon, CA to lead the Online Sales Concierge team across the region and drive CRM-driven lead conversion to onsite traffic.

You will train and motivate OSCs, oversee workflows, expand lead generation, and report on online performance to regional leadership. Requires an Associate degree and 5 years of related experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school.
• Five years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSCs that support the divisions in the region.
• Develop new lead generation capabilities to increase OSC leads.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Provide weekly reports to region management regarding online traffic and scheduled appointments.
• Travel as required and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
