This role emphasizes CRM mastery, staff leadership, and proactive lead generation, with a focus on regional performance and reporting. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, 5+ years of related experience, and exceptional communication skills, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and guide OSC staff and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSCs supporting divisions in the region.
• Hire, train and manage OSC team on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop lead generation and educate team on products and features.
• Convert qualified leads to office appointments with Sales Reps.
• Provide regional reporting on online traffic and appointments.
