Job summary

The Regional Business Director will drive Genmab’s West region, leading Oncology Account Managers to achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance. You will craft regional plans, optimize customer experiences, and empower a high-performing team through modern learning and hybrid selling approaches.

Requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales with 3+ years in oncology leadership; travel by car/plane is expected; strong launch track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years pharma/biotech sales experience with 3+ years in oncology leadership.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent.
• Strong coaching, strategic thinking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead oncology account managers to meet/exceed regional sales goals.
• Develop and execute regional/national sales strategies and programs.
• Build and manage business plans for the geography and partner with key accounts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate performance in a hybrid model.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
