You will partner with field sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other teams to translate national brand strategies into regional programs and engage customers with compliant, impactful initiatives. This role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing and a proven record of launching products in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience required.
• Experience launching products in the U.S. market and engaging thought leaders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with national brand strategy.
• Engage National and Regional Thought Leaders and manage cross-functional collaborations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Legal to ensure compliant, impactful regional programs.
• Plan and execute congress strategies and promotional speaker initiatives.
• Foster a 360-degree view of customers to personalize regional engagements.
