Bayer is seeking a Regional Account Director, Oncology, to drive key account strategies across Orange County, San Diego, and Hawaii, partnering with cross-functional teams to unlock growth in the oncology portfolio.

The role focuses on building relationships with senior stakeholders, conducting QBRs, and guiding area strategy while navigating clinical, financial, and operational topics across major accounts in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of pharma and/or other healthcare-related experience.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical account management in IDN/hospital/community oncology or urology.
• Subject matter expertise in community oncology/urology GPO business models and offerings.
• Strong business planning, contracting, and analytics skills.
• Proven cross-functional influence and communication abilities.
• Willingness for up to 50% travel and valid driver’s license.

• Build and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders at C- and D-levels.
• Develop, implement, and measure cross-functional account plans.
• Conduct business reviews (QBRs) and provide analytics support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities in Oncology.
• Lead and adapt area strategy to customer needs and product lifecycle.
