Job summary

Day Wireless Systems is seeking a Regional Office Administrator to oversee and train Office Administrators across the Longview, WA, Portland, OR, and Salem, OR regions. You will guide billing, payroll, purchasing, reporting, inventory control, and shipping, ensuring consistent standards and high performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; or 5 years related experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
• Training skills: Demonstrated proficiency in teaching and instructional techniques.
• Office management: Strong understanding of office management procedures and best practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated regions to conduct training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing processes and coordinate the aging of accounts within the territory, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
• Train Office Administrators across regions and develop targeted training solutions.
• Lead weekly Teams meetings to coordinate with your Office Administrators.
• Familiarity with lien releases and related contract forms.
• Create and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to regional needs.
