Job summary

Day Wireless Systems is seeking a Regional Office Administrator to oversee and train Office Administrators across the West region, covering Longview, WA, Portland, OR, or Salem, OR. You will guide billing, payroll, purchasing, and reporting while ensuring compliance and consistent training practices.

The role requires independence, training expertise, and willingness to travel regionally to support multiple offices. You will collaborate with regional managers to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED, or 5 years related experience.
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
• Strong training and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated regions to conduct training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train Office Administrators within the designated region.
• Handle billing, collections, customer service, purchasing, report generation and analysis, inventory control, payroll, and shipping and receiving.
• Attend and lead weekly Teams meetings with Office Administrators in your territory.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Office Administrators in each region.
• Educate on company policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
