Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an experienced Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistently excellent client experience across all locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and ensure office readiness, staffing, facilities, and daily operations align with business goals. Travel among offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and accountability for performance outcomes.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience and managing client escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve results.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide real-time feedback to strengthen team execution and bench strength.
• Manage office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and operations.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and drive improvements in client acquisition and retention.
