Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to supervise 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, and travel frequently to stay hands-on in each office. This role blends strategic oversight with in-office leadership to strengthen execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-unit teams in retail/service/operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching informed by observations and performance data.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and improve client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Own office readiness, facilities, supplies, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
