H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, driving consistent, high‑quality client experiences and strong operational performance. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to deliver results.

You’ll travel between locations, manage staffing and facilities, ensure compliance, and promote adoption of new client experience processes while maintaining a client‑centric

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in multi‑unit retail/service/operations with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business/financial results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with discipline and consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client-centric leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching to consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, client interactions, and outcomes to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns across offices, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
