You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with in‑office presence to deliver client outcomes and business performance. Travel between offices is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a client-centric mindset.
• Proven ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.
• Willingness to travel between offices to maintain in-person presence.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real-time feedback to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve business results.
