Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience and consistent execution across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and align staffing, facilities, and operations to drive growth and client satisfaction.

You will travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and foster bench strength.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations with independent judgment.
• Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance operations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and improve the experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client-centric leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength and top talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and act to improve business results and client retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, equipment, supplies, recruiting, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
