Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high‑quality client experience and strong operational execution across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive revenue and performance, manage staffing, compliance, and daily operations, and travel between offices to ensure in‑person leadership and consistent results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations across offices.
