Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-location teams with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven coaching and accountability across teams and locations.
• Experience managing operations across multiple offices including staffing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, compliance and SOPs.
