Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices and deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive revenue and operational performance across locations. You will be a hands‑on leader with strong judgment, overseeing staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while traveling between offices as needed to maintain an in-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric, consultative service mindset.
• Proven leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Experience managing facilities, staffing, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations; reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client-centric leadership.
• Lead teams by setting clear expectations, reinforcing accountability, and coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen execution.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
