H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

You will set expectations, coach teams, and drive performance across locations while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. The role includes staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations, plus frequent travel to stay connected with each office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong experience leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across locations.
• Excellent client-centric mindset with consultative service experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate performance and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide feedback to strengthen team execution and bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and translate insights into actions to improve results.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across sites.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and staff requirements.
