Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to identify improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive business results across locations.
