Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience and consistent service delivery. You will develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, and own staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations.

This leadership role requires strong change management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel between offices to maintain in-person leadership and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams across multiple locations with accountability for outcomes.
• Client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative service.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple sites.
• Ability to adapt to change and adopt new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.

• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Own office readiness and staffing for seasonal demand.
