Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and align staffing, facilities, and compliance to drive client outcomes and business results. As a visible leader, you’ll travel between offices to lead in-person presence and build high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations setting with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently in-day between offices.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and Saturdays as needed.
