• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 assigned offices, ensuring disciplined, consistent client experiences.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, performance, and feedback.
• Identify patterns, close performance gaps, and build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
