Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams in retail/service.
• Strong client-centric leadership and coaching.
• Proven ability to drive store-level performance.
• Experience with labor management across locations.
• Willingness to travel between offices.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to interpret data and set actionable priorities.
