H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver expert guidance.

The role emphasizes in-office leadership, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools, modeling client-centric leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, setting clear expectations and coaching performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real-time feedback to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength and talent for continuity.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve business results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across locations.
