You will partner with Talent, IT, Security, Communications, and executives to ensure the office reflects Airbnb’s values, delivers exceptional service, and scales efficiently as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events, or related fields.
• Experience owning and executing programs end-to-end.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for high-quality experiences.
• Experience managing vendors or service delivery teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, approachable presence within the office community.
• Lead with calmness and attention to detail while balancing priorities.
• Oversee the daily office experience and coordinate on-site vendors.
• Partner with Security, IT and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead local gathering programs and events to strengthen culture.
• Own escalation management and drive resolutions.
