Airbnb is seeking a Regional Workplace Operations Manager based in our New York office to lead hospitality, events, employee engagement, and office operations. This role partners with Talent, IT, Security, Communications and regional leaders to ensure the office reflects Airbnb’s culture and values in a scalable way.

You will oversee the daily office experience, lead local gathering efforts, and coordinate embedded vendors to deliver consistent, hospitality-forward service.

Qualificações

• 6–9+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events, employee engagement, operations, or related fields.
• Experience owning and executing programs, events, or operational experiences end-to-end.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating thoughtful and high-quality experiences.
• Experience managing vendors, operational partners, or service delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and leadership levels.
• Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and operational execution skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting employee engagement, cultural programming, gatherings, or community-building initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Passion for Airbnb’s mission, culture, and values.
