Job summary

InGenius Prep is seeking an Office Director in the Connecticut region to establish new operations, form corporate partnerships, and help plan and execute marketing campaigns while coordinating with the regional Managing Director.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proactive, with strong sales, partnerships, and communications skills, and comfortable traveling locally (15%) with most work being remote.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the education industry or related fields.
• Experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Proven public speaking ability.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Degree from a U.S. university required.

Responsibilities

• Grow B2B partnerships, B2C channels and affiliates.
• Meet with families, follow up with leads, build connections, manage the sale process.
• Manage regional marketing events; coordinate with partners and marketing team.
• Travel 15% locally, 85% remote.
