Job summary

CollegeSpring is seeking a Regional Executive Director, Northeast to lead the region's growth, fundraising, and partner success. This remote leadership role reports to the CEO and oversees regional staff and partnerships with school districts, nonprofits, and higher education institutions.

You will expand CollegeSpring's presence, ensure program quality, and drive student outcomes while managing budgets and revenue. Regular travel within the Northeast is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Education/Business/Public Administration/Nonprofit Management).
• 15+ years of leadership experience in education/nonprofit/public sector or related field.
• Strong fundraising and partnership development track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and regional growth across the Northeast.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategy with districts, nonprofits, and higher education institutions.
• Cultivate relationships with foundations, corporations, government agencies, major donors, and strategic partners.
• Lead regional team and ensure exceptional partner experience from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with national programs and cross-functional teams to align regional execution with organizational priorities.
