InGenius Prep is seeking an Office Director to establish new operations, forge corporate partnerships, and shape regional sales workflows. You will drive B2B and B2C partnerships, meet families, and manage end-to-end sales from lead to close. The role blends travel, events, and remote work with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Ideal candidates have a U.S. degree, 2+ years in education, and proven sales or business development experience.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in the education industry.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, or enrollment is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication and high attention to detail.
• Native Mandarin speaker is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow B2B partnerships and B2C channels with a regional focus.
• Meet with families, follow up with leads, and manage the full sales process.
• Plan and execute regional marketing events with partners and marketing teams.
• Travel about 15% locally; 85% remote work.
