Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics Lead Regional Sales Operations Director for Neuroscience in the Cleveland area. You will lead a sales team, shape regional strategies, and drive account development in coordination with national plans.

You will recruit and develop the team, manage budgets and performance, and build relationships with key opinion leaders while collaborating with Value & Access and brand teams. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 8+ years in biopharma sales with 3+ years in neuroscience sales leadership.
• Experience with injectable therapies, payer landscape, and managed care.

Responsibilities

• Direct team recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compliance.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with national strategies.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and manage cross-functional partnerships.
• Analyze market environment and implement customer-specific approaches.
• Monitor sales targets and budget management.
