Qualifications

• Familiarity with injectable medications, payer landscape, reimbursement, and managed care.
• Strong account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop a team of Specialty Representatives.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and payers.
• Analyze regional market dynamics.
• Manage regional budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional policies.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships.
