Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Lead and manage the neuroscience sales team within a designated region to drive sales growth and strategic brand initiatives. You will recruit and develop Neuroscience Specialty Representatives, and align regional plans with national strategies.

Applicants should have a BA/BS (MBA preferred) and 8+ years in biopharma sales, including 3 years in sales leadership focusing on neuroscience products; experience with injectables, specialty pharmacy, and payer

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in biopharma sales with 3+ years in sales leadership.
• Experience with injectable meds, specialty pharmacy, and payer landscape.
• Strong account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Neuroscience Specialty Representatives.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and payers.
• Analyze market environment.
• Manage regional budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Value & Access.
