Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager of Regional Operations to drive regional execution for the Neuroscience franchise in the Northeast and South. You will partner with regional sales leaders to provide data-driven insights, support field training, and align regional plans with national strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of compliant execution in sales operations within a neuroscience context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Sales Ops or related roles.
• Strong business acumen to support sales force models.
• Proven leadership and compliant execution.
• Experience with Neuroscience customer base preferred.
• Ability to influence without direct reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner for RBDs, by providing insights to inform regional execution.
• Work with RBDs on tailored pull-through of national strategy.
• Provide recommendations to improve regional sales performance through analysis.
• Collaborate on regional business plans and reviews process.
• Address field questions with ops-focused data and training support.
• Manage field-based systems and communications (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Workday).
