Job summary

Insightec seeks a Regional Sales Executive for the Southeast region (FL, GA, NC, TN) to maximize capital orders and drive market penetration in academic and private centers. You will present to neurosurgeons, hospital executives, and department chairs, building business cases and coordinating with partners to drive adoption of the neuro platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years' experience in selling disruptive medical device technology (1M+ capital equipment).
• Hunger to win and passion to solve customer problems & drive customer outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic account planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell Insightec products in assigned Southeast territory in line with company policies.
• Set meetings and deliver clinical and executive presentations to neurosurgeons, admins, and clinicians.
• Build business cases including reimbursement and downstream/upstream revenues and education programs.
• Collaborate with inside sales and VP Americas to identify prospects and close deals.
• Provide updated orders and sales forecast reports and maintain customer profiles.
