Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. The role focuses on design standards, mission-critical backhaul, and delivering high-quality, scalable LAN/WAN solutions across the North American region.

You will collaborate with the Network Practice Office to ensure unified standards, drive automation, and support strategic vendor evaluations while guiding post-sale engineering teams through complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical/public safety environments.
• Strong knowledge of network design, LAN/WAN, and P25-LMR architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional team of NSAs and drive skill development.
• Oversee design/integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Direct post-sale escalation and troubleshooting for complex networks and backhaul issues.
• Provide regional design guidance for transport networks supporting P25-LMR, LTE, and enterprise apps.
• Collaborate on bid strategy, project deployments, and high-impact customer presentations.
• Champion automation to improve design and deployment efficiency.
