Job summary

Avita Property Management, based in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple Texas communities. The role focuses on operations, budgeting, resident relations, compliance, and performance reporting.

Travel within the region is possible to support site operations and leadership development. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of third-party property management at a multi-site level, strong financial acumen, and LIHTC experience, with proven leadership

Qualifications

3+ years of 3rd party property management experience as a manager.
3+ years as 3rd party multi-site/area manager.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities in Texas.
Develop and manage budgets for each community, including revenue projections and expense controls.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.
Maximize revenue through rent management and occupancy strategies.
Foster resident relations and engagement to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Recruit, train and mentor on-site community managers and staff.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Generate and analyze performance metrics and reports for senior management.
Support marketing efforts to generate leads and improve operations via technology.
