Job summary

Avita Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multifamily communities across Texas from a remote hub. You will bridge executive leadership and on-site managers, drive operational efficiency, and lead budgeting, revenue strategies, and compliance across multiple properties.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial discipline, and adherence to LIHTC requirements, with travel within the region as needed and a focus on leveraging technology to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of 3rd party property management as a manager.
• 3+ years experience as 3rd party multi-site manager or area manager.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and industry trends.
• MUST HAVE LIHTC EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for each community, including revenue projections and expense controls.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions.
• Foster resident relations, retention programs and community engagement initiatives.
• Assist with corporate marketing efforts and technology initiatives to improve operations.
• Travel within the region for site visits and meetings.
