Kittle Property Group, Inc. seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee LIHTC and conventional communities across Texas (Austin/Ft. Worth/Dallas). You will lead on-site teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and performance while coordinating with internal departments.

Travel across Texas is required. A Bachelor’s degree and LIHTC experience are preferred; HCCP is a plus. Join a growing portfolio with strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience.
• LIHTC compliance knowledge and experience required.
• Strong reading/writing ability for business and regulatory materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site property operations to meet strategic goals and budgets.
• Hire, coach, and develop on-site teams across Texas properties.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC guidelines and 42 Section requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and regional budgets with senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with development, construction, and accounting teams.
• Develop marketing plans to optimize occupancy and revenue.
