Cushman & Wakefield in Frisco, TX is seeking an Associate Property Manager, Multifamily to oversee on-site operations, assist Regional Property Manager, and maintain market-ready efficiency.

You will lead a on-site team, manage budgets and lease activities, coordinate marketing, renewals, and service contracts, and ensure outstanding resident service, profitability, and community standards across our multifamily properties.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• General office, bookkeeping and sales skills; strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with overall operations of the building.
• Ensure smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and lease administration.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and revenue.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
