Job summary
IEC Property Services Corporation in Los Altos, CA is seeking a Regional Manager to maximize the physical and financial operations of a six-plus‑property portfolio in Northern California, with a primary focus in the East Bay. Qualifications
- College degree and at least 10 years in apartment management.
- Last 2 years in multi-site, multi-market management.
- CPM or ARM designation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversees apartment assets within the regional portfolio.
- Formulates and oversees business plans and operations strategies including budgeting, maintenance, and capital improvements.
- Directs Community Managers and associates to achieve property-level objectives and coordinate portfolio activities.
- Drives market analysis, performance reviews, and reporting to ensure policy compliance and financial targets.
